All Sales Are Final & Non-Refundable Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our natural mineral specimens and custom hand-cut gemstones, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items once a purchase is completed.

Product Transparency & Descriptions To ensure complete transparency before purchasing:

• Every listing includes high-magnification macro photography, precise dimensions (mm), carat weight (ct), and specific details regarding internal inclusions (including UV fluorescence reactions).

• Photos are captured under professional lighting and 365 nm UV light without digital alteration or color filters.

• Please review all product photos, video materials, and specifications carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a specific gemstone, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon Delivery While all items undergo strict quality inspection and secure packaging before dispatch, please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

• If your item arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email Address].

• Please include your order number, clear photos/videos of the damaged item, and the original packaging in your message.

• Requests submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for review.

  感謝您對我們品牌的支持。由於本店所售之天然礦物標本及精密切工寶石皆為獨一無二的天然珍品，本賣場實行「全館售出，概不退換與退款」政策。所有訂單一經確認並完成付款，即不接受任何理由之退貨、換貨或退款申請。

  商品的透明度與說明 為確保您在購買前充分了解商品狀況：

  • 每件產品頁面均提供高倍率微距照片、精確尺寸 (mm)、克拉重量 (ct) 以及內部包裹體（含紫光燈下之螢光反應）的詳細說明。

  • 所有照片均在專業光源及 365 nm 長波紫光燈下拍攝，未經任何數位修圖或顏色濾鏡調整。

  • 下單前請仔細核對產品規格與照片。如對寶石有任何疑問，歡迎於下單前聯繫我們查詢。

  運輸破損或商品錯誤之處理 本店於出貨前均會進行嚴格的品質檢查與安全防震包裝。若您在收到包裹時發現商品於運輸途中受損，或收到的商品與訂單不符：

  • 請於簽收包裹後 48 小時內電郵至 [您的 Email 地址] 與我們聯繫。

  • 信件中請務必提供：訂單編號、受損商品／包裝的外觀清晰照片及影片。

  • 超過簽收後 48 小時之通報，恕本店無法受理，敬請見諒。
