Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong & Macau)

  • Carrier: Orders within Hong Kong and Macau are primary shipped via SF Express (順豐速運).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • SF Express Self-Pickup: We support shipping to SF Lockers, SF Service Centers, and SF Stores. Please provide the accurate SF Store/Locker code and your mobile number during checkout.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. International orders are processed via reliable carriers including Hongkong Post (Registered Air Mail), or DHL Express.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Asian Countries / Regions: 3–7 business days

    • North America, Europe & International: 7–14 business days (varies by destination and customs handling times)

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • International shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.

    • All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your carrier information and tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update online.

5. Correct Shipping Information

  • Please ensure all shipping address details and contact numbers are accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdirected packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

運送政策 (Shipping Policy)

感謝您在本店購物。以下為本店的運送政策與發貨安排說明：

1. 訂單處理時間

  • 所有訂單將於收到付款確認後的 1 至 3 個工作天內完成處理並寄出（不含週末及香港公眾假期）。

  • 商品寄出後，系統將自動向您的 Email 發送出貨通知及物流追蹤編號。

2. 本地與港澳寄送（香港及澳門）

  • 主要物流： 香港及澳門地區訂單主要使用 順豐速運 (SF Express) 寄送。

  • 預計運送時間： 寄出後約 1–2 個工作天送達。

  • 順豐自取服務： 支持送至順豐智能櫃、順豐站或順豐服務中心。結帳時請於地址欄位填寫正確的順豐網點代碼及聯絡電話。

3. 國際海外寄送

  • 我們提供全球寄送服務。海外訂單主要透過 香港郵政（掛號空郵）或 DHL Express 安排配送。

  • 預計運送時間：

    • 亞洲主要國家／地區：約 3–7 個工作天

    • 北美、歐洲及其他海外地區：約 7–14 個工作天（實際時間視乎目的地海關清關速度）

  • 關稅與進口稅費：

    • 海外包裹抵達目的地國家時，可能需要繳納進口關稅、增值稅 (VAT) 或海關手續費。

    • 所有關稅及相關海關費用均須由收件人（買家）自行承擔。 本店無法預估或控制目的地國家的關稅金額。
